All downloads at Pimp my Sims.com are subject to the following conditions, if you would like them for other purposes than just including them in your game to make it a more beautiful place.

If you would like to create recolors based on our meshes or if you would like to share your sims, houses and more, please do read the following conditions very carefully to avoid problems.

General conditions:

• No modification of our downloads
• No offering of single meshes/sets without recolors, houses etc. on third party sites
• No direct filesharing via email, rapidshare and more
• No hotlinking
• No modification or re-use (even in parts) of alpha maps, textures or bump maps
• NO COMMERCIAL USE (Paysites etc.) WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL!

Objects and sets:

All use of objects and sets is subject to the following conditions:

• You may recolor them
• You may share them along with your own recolors in one Zip-File (Link to PmS mandatory)
• You may include them in shared houses (Link to PmS mandatory)

Skins and genetics

All skins and genetics may be shared along with the sims created by you, as long as you name Pimp my Sims.com and link back to us.

Accessories

All use of accessories is subject to the following conditions:

• You may recolor them
• You may share them along with your own recolors in one Zip-File (Link to PmS mandatory)
• You may include them in shared sims (Link to PmS mandatory)

Walls & Floors:

• Walls & Floors may be included in shared houses (Link to PmS mandatory)

Houses, Sims and Pets

• Houses, Sims and pets may not be modified or offered as downloads on third party sites
